Service Description

During this 45 minute session the origin of patterns of behavior, including emotions and thoughts, will be explored. Be prepared to talk about your life up until now as well as the life of your family of origin. Using the information collected from this session your Personalized Plan for Self Transformation will be created. As well, your start date and first guidance session will be scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel within 24 hours in order to reschedule. If you cancel closer than 24 hours to your scheduled appointment you risk losing the session from your plan. This is up to the discretion of the coach you are working with.
