Service Description

During these supplemental support sessions you will work one-on-one to guide your prescription meditation experience. Mindful Island will guide you through the process smoothly, work with you on your challenges, and hold you accountable to achieving your goals.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel within 24 hours in order to reschedule. If you cancel closer than 24 hours to your scheduled appointment you risk losing the session from your plan. This is up to the discretion of the coach you are working with.
