This next masterclass in the Live Mindfully Series is part learning, part practice and 100% opportunity for growth. The way the modern human understands and relates to the concept of stress is wrong. Because of this incorrect view of stress, stress is often something that causes deterioration of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, rather than inspiration and growth. In this two hour masterclass, Sarah Sati of Mindful Island will explain the truth behind stress, clarify what this truth means for you as a living, breathing, modern human, and offer immediate solutions and practices to begin to use this information on your personal growth journey. Come prepared to listen, move, breathe and contemplate.Â
Participants are asked to have a comfortable spot to sit and comfortable clothes to breathe and move in. It is advisable to have a cushion to sit on for contemplation and breathing exercises, and depending upon your unique needs a mat and pillow to lie on the floor may be of benefit.
