Connecting to Awareness: A 23-day trauma-informed meditation journey for women reconnecting with presence, healing, and their true nature What if healing doesn't begin with fixing anything? What if the first step is simply meeting yourself exactly as you are? Connecting to Awareness is a guided journey for women who are ready to begin (or begin again) on the path of healing. Grounded in Buddhist wisdom and modern nervous system science, this course helps you cultivate the clarity, compassion, and inner stillness that are already present beneath the noise. This isn’t about striving to become a better version of yourself. It’s about remembering the deep presence that was never lost. Over the course of 23 days, you’ll explore: - A daily 15-minute meditation to root awareness in the body - A simple, structured nervous system prompt to re-pattern how you relate to your experience - A beautifully designed 23-day calendar to support consistency and trust - Optional one-on-one guidance for women needing more personalized support The course is divided into three gentle modules: - Establishing Awareness : cultivating familiarity with presence - Deepening the Connection : working with distractions, emotions, and resistance - Living from Awareness : integrating presence into relationships, creativity, and daily life You’ll also receive a welcome orientation and a final integration session to anchor your learning. You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to begin.
